The Wardrobe Story ― The Story of a Piece
“More than warmth—comfort that embraces you.”
The IROS hoodie is defined by its relaxed silhouette and bold, three-dimensional hood. With its substantial weight and soft brushed lining, it gently envelops the body, delivering a sense of warmth and reassurance—even when worn alone in winter.
But what we value most is not simply creating clothing for cold weather. What we aim to deliver is a garment that grows with you. Each hand-dyed color carries its own unique individuality. The more you wear it, the more the color blends with you, evolving into an expression that is entirely your own.
“Bringing the beauty that mass production can never create—into your everyday life.”
The Color Story — The Tale Within the Hue
“Not just pink. Choosing pink.”
Dyed solely with Bengara, a natural pigment used since ancient times.
Rather than chasing vividness, this shade was born from countless trials
to create a pink you’d want to wear every day—subtle, warm, and timeless.
It carries a gentle elegance within its brightness,
a tone that feels natural for both men and women.
That’s why it stays by your side as a “pink you’ll always want to keep.”
Unassuming, yet captivating.
This is IROS’s vision of what pink can be.

– What We Value –
At IROS DYEING, our hand-dyed creations celebrate the beauty of colors born from nature.
Using natural dyes such as bengara (iron-rich clay), soot, and Indian indigo, we pursue the ideal hues through repeated testing, carefully dyeing each piece one by one. Every color that emerges carries a unique expression—no two are ever the same.
We also carefully select fabrics that are best suited for dyeing, ensuring that even after the process, the garments maintain a soft touch and high durability. Each piece is made to accompany you in daily life while gaining depth and character as the years go by.
In addition, our brand labels and embroidery are entrusted to skilled artisans working on Okinawa’s main island. Walking together with our local community is an essential part of who we are.
Moving forward, we remain committed to creating pieces that stand in contrast to mass production and fleeting trends. With the spirit of our local makers at heart, we strive to deliver authentic works that will be cherished for years to come.

『Tsuchi-zome(Soil Dyeing)』
Minerals are naturally formed over long periods.
This makes each shade and texture truly one‑of‑a‑kind—the beauty of do‑zome.
Furthermore, it is exceptionally gentle on both the body and the environment, resists fading from sunlight, and even offers UV protection to guard fabric fibers against degradation or discoloration caused by ultraviolet rays.
◾️ Lead Time
Since we hand‑dye every piece after an order is placed, please allow 3–4 weeks for shipping. Delays may occur due to inclement weather or peak seasons. Thank you for your understanding.
◾️ Care Instructions
※ Each item is hand‑dyed, so slight variations in measurements, unevenness, or color tone compared to product photos may occur. We hope you enjoy these nuances as part of its charm.
※ When washing, please note the following:
1 If stains or dirt appear, rinse immediately with water or soapy water before drying, or gently blot with a damp towel or tissue. Avoid scrubbing, as this may cause color loss.
2 For machine washing, we recommend placing items in a laundry net. For hand washing, gently wash in lukewarm water with a small amount of detergent to help preserve the color.
3 To prevent color transfer, wash separately from other garments for the first few washes.
