Only garments made from natural fibers such as cotton and linen are eligible for re-dyeing.

For blended fabrics containing both natural and synthetic fibers, we can only accept items that contain at least 50% natural fiber content.

Items with less than 50% natural fibers cannot be accepted for re-dyeing.

Order Process

You can apply by following the five simple steps below.

  • 1. Choose the Item & Color

    Decide which item you want to dye and select your preferred color.

  • 2. Submit Your Request

    Apply via Instagram DM or email.

  • 3. Shipping

    Important Notice: About Materials

    Please send your garment to the address specified by IROS.

    You may also bring it in directly if preferred.

    ※Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • 4. Inspection

    We will first inspect your item to confirm whether it can be re-dyed.

    ※Please note: Depending on the material or condition, we may not be able to accept your request. Thank you for your understanding.

  • 5. Billing & Payment

    Our skilled artisans will carefully re-dye your garment,
    and the finished piece will be delivered to your home.

  • 6. Dyeing & Delivery

    It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from payment confirmation for your item to reach you. Overall, delivery takes around 4 to 6 weeks from the time you submit your application.

If you would like to request a re-dyeing service, please send us the following information via Instagram DM or email.

By filling out this form, we can provide you with information quickly.

1. Examples of items you would like to re-dye : T-shirts, shirts, pants, dresses, sweatshirts, etc.

2. Materials (to the extent possible)
For example: 100% cotton, hemp, linen, wool, etc. *Re-dyeing may not be possible for synthetic fiber materials.

3. Examples of colors you may wish to have re-dyed : Please choose from #1 to #5.
*You can also choose "leave it to us"

4. Examples of stains, discoloration, etc .: yellowing around the collar, overall discoloration, food stains, etc.

5. Current photos (preferably 2-3)
