1. - Re-dyeing -

We offer a free re-dye service for the first time for any product you purchase.
We hope that by having everyone use one item for a long time, they will use our products with affection.

For IROS DYEING products that you have purchased, we offer a free first-time request to restore a faded product to a color close to the original, or to dye it a different color.

Please send us an e-mail in the "Comments" section of the form below, stating that you would like to have your purchased product dyed again for the first time. Please feel free to contact us.

*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs one way.
